Ayven Loft is incredibly versatile! The entirety of Ayven Loft functions as an inspired and artistic space, with contemporary décor accents to breathe life into your photos and videos.
Each room has its own aesthetic and personality designed to effortlessly complement one another. The décor and furniture are curated with a cohesive vision in mind. Large windows provide both spaces with abundant natural light, while the beautiful arches and architectural details serve as dynamic focal points for your photographs. We encourage you to take advantage of all the different locations in our multifaceted venue.
You can rent one studio space for $110/hour (we require a minimum of 1 hour for any booking.) If you wish to rent both spaces, then please book both rooms separately. Please note that we offer discounted rates on weekdays only.
Security deposits for events and bookings of 3+ hours will be required after bookings are confirmed.
Aside from our 2 gorgeous studios, we also offer a spacious reception area for you to shoot in. Additionally, we offer a makeup station and a private change room.
Yes! Ayven Loft has two spaces that are perfect for small events. The Ivory Studio can accommodate 25 people, while the Oak Studio can accommodate 35 people. We can also accommodate events by opening both rooms, freeing up 2,000 square feet and allowing for 60 guests.
We require all reservations to be paid in full at the time of booking. Ayven Loft will offer studio credit for cancelled bookings. We cannot provide refunds on bookings.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please refer below to see our policy on rescheduling:
– If you cancel within 72 hours, your reschedule fee will be 20% of your original booking amount.
– If you cancel within 48 to 72 hours, your reschedule fee will be 50% of your original booking amount.
– If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be liable for the full value of your original booking amount.

We update our studio spaces seasonally, with corresponding furniture and décor items. These are all included in your booking.
We have 5 parking spaces available. There is additional street parking available across the street. Please contact us prior to your booking and we will be happy to advise you on where you can park.
